Replacement Policy:
We understand the importance of your satisfaction with our products and are committed to resolving any concerns promptly. Please note that replacement or exchange requests will be entertained exclusively for products received in a damaged or incorrect condition.
Should you encounter such an issue, we kindly request that you notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. In cases of damaged or missing items, we require an unedited unboxing video as evidence. To facilitate this process, please share the complete video with us via email at info@theinfinitybox.in.

In specific circumstances, partial refunds may be considered. This pertains to items not in their original condition, those that are damaged, or those missing parts for reasons unrelated to our oversight.
Refund Procedure:
Upon receipt and inspection of the provided photos/videos, we will notify you regarding the verification of the damaged product. Subsequently, we will communicate the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed on our end and credited to your original method of payment. The refund will be executed within 5-7 business days after accounting for deductions such as 18% GST, shipping fees, RTO fees, or 5% transaction fees, as applicable.
Shipping Policy:
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or WhatsApp message. This communication will provide your tracking number(s) for your reference. Kindly note that tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Any potential customs fees or taxes associated with your order are not the responsibility of The Infinity Box. Any charges arising during or after shipping, including customs duties and taxes, are solely the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation Policy:
For non-customized orders, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement, provided the box has not been dispatched.
Please be aware that orders containing any form of customization or personalization are ineligible for cancellation.
